Each month we release a new Build-A-Garden Design. The monthly subscription means that we will send you the newly released Build-A-Garden Set without you having to go to our website to order it each month.

What is included in the set?

Each month includes a stamp set along with a coordinating stencil set and/or die set PLUS a customer-favorite Mini Blending Brush! Build your collection of brushes from month to month so you will never be left looking for the perfect tool while crafting. Note that these products are not sold separately.

Which Build-a-Garden Set will I get? You will receive the month's featured set. Since we change the featured set to the newly release set every 17th day of the month, that means you will get the new design when your subscription auto-renews.

How much is it?

The price of the subscription is $29.99/ month plus shipping and tax (calculated based on the location of the shipping address). This will Auto-renew every month until it is canceled.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed once a month after your initial sign-up. The subscription will auto-charge the card on file every 27th of each month. For example, if you sign up 2nd of this month, you will be charged for that, and your renewals will be charged on the 27th of the following month moving forward.

Can I cancel or skip a month?

Yes! You will have full control over your subscription! You can cancel your subscription at any time and you also have the option to skip a month. You can make the changes to your subscription when you log in to your account at altenew.life and click on Manage Subscription. We send out newsletters before a new design is released so if you don't want the next design you can absolutely opt to skip a month. Just be sure to make the change before your subscription auto-renews to avoid unwanted charges.

When will it ship?

Our shipping policy of 5-7 business days processing will apply to this subscription so it will ship 5-7 business days after the subscription is renewed. More information on shipping.

If I get charged for a set that I don't want can I return it?

Absolutely! If the set is unused, you are welcome to return it for a store credit. Our policy on Refunds/Exchange will still apply to this subscription.

Why is my FREE shipping code or any DISCOUNT code not working?

The monthly subscription is already discounted therefore it is no longer eligible for any further discount. If you order other products along with the subscription, we suggest to place a separate order for them so the other products will be eligible for any promotion that you would like to take advantage of.
